The golden bits are the part I like the most so far. Purple gold and white is a good colourscheme.

This is a captivating image already, I cant wait to see it completed! I might suggest toying with a few other poses for the other fingers on the outstretched paw, everyones hands are different and referencing my own I see my middle finger tends to stick out further than the others (uncurled more). Having slightly different placing of fingertips might help that hand pose from looking a little flat. However, thats strictly upto you naturally, and its already looking fantastic. I'd by no means insist its wrong if you're happy with how it is!

I do wonder if he's just had a vision or dream, or if he's perhaps just had a bit much of the squeezings of the grapes. ^^
