The eyes seem more of a mixture between Luffy's eyes and lucky's. But his eyes make him look more crazed about something. I also like the background that he used of many diffeent One Piece pictures and scenes. I may not be the biggest fan of OP but I do find the show to be rather awesome since I have seen clips and AMVs too. Nice job.

Very nice and interessing drawning, Lucky fits perfect as the leader of the Straw-Hat Pirates and his outfit turned out pretty good even for a Dalmatian :D And the background is interessing cause there's lot of One Piece scenes, blend very well with the rest ;3
