Alright, I finished it. This is Azakel, my Tepidusraptor, which is a species that Jessy and I made up for different reasons. For one, we wanted to be able to do what we wanted with our creatures.
The name is basically warm thief translated into English, since they are warm-blooded. They have rather mammalian-like behavior much of the time, usually hunt and live in packs with rogue individuals here and there. His structure isn't supposed to be like any pre-existing form of raptor, just what we made up. Mostly I took concepts that I had made up previously when trying to figure it out. The hands of the lupogryph, many elements of the chupacabra. Etcetera. I think I'd have liked it if I had done his tail as more stiff, though. Oh well.
I loved this color scheme. Some of this anatomy /might/ be off, but I didn't want to mess with it. Thank you to Keovi for redlining some bits of this for me.
