Wah this is a really nice ref! :D I really do love this character design. Very interesting but simple enough not to be overwhelming.
You're right about the fur colors, unfortunately. :[ Different shades of greyish are really hard to come by, as are muted colors. Though since the unnatural colors are only on her cheeks they could be easily dyed. Good luck getting her made! :D

This looks great! 8D I hope you definitely get this as a suit, I love the character! <3 Only thing I'd say is that instead of fleece, you should consider using a minky fabric. Fleece gets dirty easy and tends to pill (even anti-pill fleece). Minky is soft but easier to clean and doesn't pill. :3 I can't wait to see this as a suit, though!
I have to say, I really love the breakdown of this, its like you have it all planned out almost as if you were to do it yourself. I should probably do this for whenever I work on Heads XD Particularly since I'm gonna make my fiance's head on a Balaclava and remake mine on the same kind of base. This is a really neat breakdown of how it would be if someone was making the Head of your Character/Fursona for you. Really nicely done.
