Have you ever had that feeling of dread...Like something completely awful is about to happen/or is happening. Yeah..I can't shake that feeling I'm having.. My stomach feels sick, and I'm listening to therapy music just to calm myself. Meditation is a good way to heal yourself..and drawing it is pretty soothing as well.
