The gysthutha is the modern gryphon, but it was a dragon and gryphon mix. When a gysthutha is first hatched, it is very wise and knows how to speak dragon tongue. When a gysthutha is in its teenage hood, it begins to develop it's front leg plates. These case horrible pain, and the gysthutha's agony is released in a wrath of their element; if a fire gysthutha has to release pain, it can cause forest fires.. a water gysthutha can cause tsunamis, and so forth. When they reach adulthood, their gems will glow. Once they are fulling glowing, this means they are ready for mating. In the gysthutha species, there are three genders. The female, male, and dymela. The dymela is born grey instead of black, and usually have either light or dark powers. In every litter of eggs, there is at least one dymela that will survive anything, except total abandonment. The male and female can produce the egg, but the female nor male have the instinct to care for the eggs or hatchlings. The dymela is a very important part of egg incubation and hatchling raising. The dymela has a small pouch inside of dym (that is the pronoun of dymela.) The dymela will swallow the eggs and keep them in the pouch to keep them warm -this is why many observers have mistaken the gysthutha for a mammal. When ready to hatch, the dymela will cough up the eggs. During regurgitation, the egg is torn off of the new gysthutha and pretty much eaten by the dymela. Although the hatchlings are able to take care of themselves, a dymela is usually best for when a gysthutha female wants her eggs to grow up and have an important role in the flock.
