The Elite sniper Nina, ready for her mission. Being part of counter-terrorism tactic squads, she remains one of the top officials. She's not sent often to missions unless the target is a very high-profile one.
Considered such a valuable asset, her longest shot kill has to be considered superhuman, breaking the record at an estimated 3200 yd.
She remains in search for her sister in an attempt to stop her constant "cleansing" of the world. She is not sure how it is possible she can find her more easily than the very Gillian units have tried, and is suspicious that her sister is actually trying to find her instead.

Art Notes: this pose was tricky and I'm pondering on what possible mistakes I might have here. Still came out better than I expected.
The rifle? too lazy to draw it from scratch so I actually copied it from a stock image XD I know, cheater... but hey, looks cool :P

her dad and uncle both belonged to the military and she and her sister always admired them. They wanted to be like them and got some training hints, showing impressive skill at an early age.
The death of their dad and uncle brought a lot into their lives but Lilian got affected terribly more, moreso with all the attacks from some fanatic groups saying the deaths of soldiers were a lesson from "God" and protesting next to the funerals
I'm pretty sure you remember that Lilian did kill a lot of these groups a few weeks later with her minigun...

I've a got a sniper character from a time where If you didnt have a gun in your hand, you had a bullet in your head. He could be drunk off his ASS, pepper sprayed, fire a gun, and STILL hit someone in the head. But he WAS trained to use a gun from age 4. And yes, the Barrett DOES look cool.
