Phantom rarely takes long rests, though she's been told countless times by Anok it's sometimes a necessity with the stresses of being a leader. The RDMD usually has to make her take time off from her duties, if she works too many months in a row. And Phantom is what I call a Canid, my own version of a werewolf, sort of. She's just over 7 feet when standing on all fours.
