This is a modded Vivid Toys Angel Interceptor from "Captain Scarlet". The Tali figure is a repainted Harmony Angel figure, with ears and tail fabricated from Plastruct tubing.

I had forgotten about this one until I was digging through my shed this afternoon... :)
