This will be the last page of issue 2 that will be posted publicly online. The print version of this issue will contain three extra pages that dive deeper into the story... including one very important page that gives some major foreshadowing of Juneri's role in future issues.
This page contains the first appearance of Cylor Nall, the leader of The Void, one of the criminal organizations of the all-but-destroyed Alderia sector. The best way to describe Cylor would be to think of Don Vito Corleone (of the Godfather movies) with a huge Napoleon complex.
He's not necessarily 'evil', and even shows a large amount of warmth and compassion in his personal life and to his 'employees', offering them second (and third... and forth) chances that other gang leaders may not provide. He is very fond of women and will always act in a gentleman-like manner towards them. Yet, on the flip side of a coin he can also be cold and calculating. He considers himself to be a businessman first and foremost and shows no remorse when it comes to eliminating threats to his family or his business.
Cylor is an Ibirian, a race of vulpine-evolved aliens that are ridiculously short. The average Iberian stands about three feet tall. Many of them feel like they have to work do be respected due to their short stature, and many of them Like Cylor do develop a case of 'little man syndrome'.
Also... Cylor is albino. He's the only Iberian allowed to be oddly colored. The rest of them have red fox markings and colorization.
Per usual, I am going to take a few weeks to finish up the bonus print-edition pages and take a break from comics. The Issue 2 print edition AND the beginning of Issue 3 will be coming in November.
