This came out decent. The arms are a little too long though. I need to stop doing that :(

It's very common to lengthen the limbs, especially if they end up in a pose that might make them look shorter than they really are. The one on the left's raised arm, for instance, could possibly look too long if you imagine it relaxed back down to the side of the body, but it's not too off. In a cartoony style such as this, consistency between the limb lengths is quite important. Have longer arms, but make sure the arms are the same length as each other (on the same character, that is). IRL, your arms barely reach the top of your knees when standing in a relaxed manner, but I think longer arms go well with the anatomical structure you've got here. I'm not sure if you're too hot on recieving critiques, but I thought I'd add my insight seeing as you put it in the description.
