It's a skit off of this movie called "little shop of horrors" I"ve honestly never seen it, but i know this scene by heart. To my understanding... This guy has accidently, or knowingly fed this cunning plant that is promising to give him stuff if he feeds him. It's Human meat he's feeding him with. Idk if it started out as human meat, probably fed the plant something like water and it grew and just demanded more and more and now he's in too deep and its over his head.
The song is him singing for seymore (the shop owner i believe) to feed him. One way or another. You can see the skit here

Hehe how it correlates with your picture is it's the pinata plant. It reminds me of The plant in the skit and "feed me Seymore" is just one of those 'key' movie references.

Little Shop of Horrors.
The arrival of a new kind of plant precipitates fame and fortune for a down on his luck florist.
There's a Roger Cormoran classic comedy/horror movie. Then there's a musical version that went to Broadway which is pretty popular with High School Productions. And then the linked clip comes from a movie version of the musical.
And the movie version has one of the sweetest on set effects ever. Audrey II, the plant, in a few different sizes is an on-set animatic. A massive puppet to talk and perform those songs.
I definitely recommend seeing either the movie musical or the stage musical.
