My Zelda Sword Collection just tripled in size
Just got home from the Renn Faire today. While Whitney got a new corset and a hilarious boob-flaunting pin to go with it, I hit up the sword vendor and found they had in stock a number of replica Zelda Master swords, so I picked up a few. Combined with the one I bought last year, I now have quite a collection going, with more on the way.
From left to right: the Twilight Princess Master Sword with shield-shaped mount, the small Ocarina of Time shield with two mini-swords, and the full-size Ocarina of Time Master Sword with scabbard.
The vendor also stocked the various Four Swords blades, each their own color (the black & red one was amazing). Those will be my next purchase the next time we go. Hopefully they still have them in stock!
So yes, insert obligatory Zelda item-get "Da-da-da-DAAAAAAAAA!!!" sound here.

They're a decent size, but not too big or all that heavy. You can hold them comfortably with one hand. Though the Twilight Princess one is rough, since the hilt has those thorns pointing backwards and it's really easy to jab your knuckles on them. Not the best design, there...

Seriously though. Those are pretty nicely detailed. Except maybe the design flaw, but for the most part these are meant to be decorate more than anything. I remember my uncle got a few himself and had this one made out of wood (it was nicely designed for being wood) and we thought it would be fun to bring it in the pool to do some spinning attacks and whatever else we found funny and we come to find the paint was amaaazingly cheap. It started peeling off in the water.
