Introducing my two new characters to the Top Dogz web comic!

PC Carter: A police man dedicated to his job, Carter makes sure the criminal doesn't get away, he patrols the streets of the local town, usually bumping into Russel and the others when they're up to no good, he's very serious and barely ever smiles. Bit of advice; NEVER get on his bad side!
P.S He's also the only British Police cartoon animal in full uniform I've seen on FA

Battenburg: You can probably guess why he's called that. This guy is the dumbest of the bunch, I mean he's REALLY stupid, always getting hurt or getting into serious trouble (as you can see from his broken tail). Battenburg has a real sweet tooth, and pigs out on sweets regularly. Despite what you may think by his surname, he's not French, very British =P
