Another one of my better works (at least in my opinion ;). I myself especially like how the posture expresses a kind of virtuosic focus (if I hadn't created this piece before I started with more facial features, I would've tried to give her closed eyes and a slight smile of someone focusing on the music yet enjoying the wonderful wave of emotion washing over her while listening to the beautiful tone of her violin).
Something on the side (which is not exactly visible in this picture unless you take a closer look at the left leg): this pieces has vulpine legs instead of human ones.
This piece was actually part of a whole group of musicians (a mouse with a trumpet, a lizard-dinosaur-something-like creature with a flute and a cat as singer) but next to this beauty I didn't really like how the others turned out... (I still haven't found a way to do recognisable cat faces, the lizard-dinosaur-thing...well my own inability to define it's actual species should give you a hint why I wasn't satisfied with it and the mouse turned out more like a rat or rat-like terrier with round ears.)
