I had a big fancy glass of mead at the Ren Faire today, everybody was laughing at how I had to pry my jaws apart to be able to drink it through my big tusky muzzle.

It's alright when you miss and some cool water runs down into your suit. I only drink room-temperature water in suit and even that feels cold!

I'd understand the avoidance of drinks that could stain, but why not cool water, if I might ask?

"Cool" would be OK, but I don't like drinking cold liquids, especially when I'm really hot. It's an instant headache! With room temp water you can really drink it down easily. I'm sure it's better for one than ice cold water.
