What's the difference between a Draug and a feral Draug? Heck if I know. Are there any differences? The feral ones have a more beastly appearance. They are easier to anger too. And for some unknown reason feral Draugs are often troubled with scrotum barnacles. Maybe that's why they have such a short fuse?
Something on the beach caught this feral Draug's attention. I wonder what it is. Two lovers enjoying each other's company on a large bath towel? A forgotten picnic basket? Sleeping seagulls? Whatever it is, it won't stay in the same shape for long.
So remember people; if you see a feral Draug break the surface while you're out swimming, turn 180 degrees and start swim for your life at the opposite direction. It may just want to fondle you, but it's not worth the risk.
