that.....is......AWSOME!!! I just love the look of the picture as a whole.

Finally another picture of yours, and it looks brilliant :b You are all the time improving your shadows, detail after detail. Like, the shadow on her leg looks awesome! Her entire pose and anatomic outcome looks very great, just only thing confuses me; she's looking like she is sitting on her tail or something like this XD

about the sitting on tail... that's because I didn't quite plan the pose out very well before starting to do it, so it looks a little strange now... it might've been easy to fix by moving the left leg a little, but that would've had to have been done when sketching ^^'

but, as has been said somewhere, "if you try hard, you get better", and "practise makes perfect", maybe I'll yet manage to leave some of the bigger mistakes and errors behind in time XD

You really _are_ getting better. Not that I don't say that a lot, heh. I'm envious of Your progress =P Have...to....draw...too...and write...and practice the guitar...and sewing... and.... yeah, that's the problem ^_^

Say, that's the red mage, no? Tried roleplaying yet? ;)

Well, I have to say that pencils are pretty much my element as far as shading goes... It's just so simple for me to do all the shading like that, that I'm starting to consider getting a tablet, as I've noticed that I work much more freely when drawing digitally, even though mouse isn't really the optimal instrument for that. :b
Anyway, I think getting a tablet might help in getting more drawings out of me, since I've noticed I can't draw much unless I'm feeling confident, since I'm somehow afraid of "wasting paper" by making a messy drawing. Now getting a tablet wouldn't be very hard around here, it's just the price that isn't quite right...

but enough of that XD


Now then... yes, by Final Fantasy definitions she would be a red mage, but more on the mage side, more relying on the innate power of her sword instead of her own strenght, especially since the sword is so light that it wouldn't really have much of an effect on any monster she might face, were it not for the spirit of a fire gryphon imbued to the sword. And no, haven't had yet a chance to try roleplaying yet, and besides, I'd rather do it with the right people, so I guess I'd have to look for those, once I get the proper time for it ^^

(umm, I guess some subjects open my floodgates of talking better than others XD )

Well, a tablet can be as cheap as €10. It's not a good tablet then, though. I ought to know, I have one of those. Serves it's purpose, bt nothing flashy. Yet, then again... a good craftsman can make wonders with the most basic of tools, so all I have to do is to get good, right? =)

Well, 'bout the mage: I know some of that stuff already, You posted a pic of her some time in the past =) Hope You find the proper people ;) It's good fun.

And: Well, I'm trying to learn it =) My roleplaying sometimes goes beyound the pen&paper stadium, and it would be handy to be able to create the clothes of my characters exactly or at least nearly exactly as I picture them in my mind.

I look really hilarious sitting at the sewing machine, though :D
