I was looking at random video tutorials and one said to draw a crappy sketch with the tablet, do weak shades over it, put on base colors, redraw the crappy sketch into a crappy outline, and fix shit you fucked up on before.
Needless to say I was doing great until redrawing the outline. Then my moral took a hit. Cause the shades looked terrible. So I spent over a day fixing those.
Sadly, the turtorial ended before telling me how to make the art awesome. There was a big gap. There was, "Fix Shades, _, _, _, BEAUTIFUL LIKE-PAINTING PICTURE! And I have no idea what those extra steps might be.
So I'm took my buddy Squic as a test subject and left him at the last stage I knew about. Now he's... Anime Squic.

Well now that's a very interesting question, with a great many twists, turns, and nuances. I'm going to go with three. It's a good solid number, and it belonged to a farmer. Good man. He stood up to a space invader with nothing more then an everyday firearm.
'Course, he died.
I dunno, lets go for four. Power level of four and he totally would have made it.
