I know I already posted a photo of this commission, but it's kind of rare for me to actually get photos of these being worn, and this was a nice shot of it swinging. Since these tails don't have a rigid stuffing, they move really nicely and fluidly, giving a really nice feeling when you're wearing them.
Copy-pasta from previous submission:
Materials were blackened steel background with a standard stainless steel underbelly (which is out of sight here), then a pattern of orange, red and brown anodized aluminum scales down the spine. This one also has a lobster clip at the tip of the tail to allow things to be attached to it.
If you'd like a tail along these lines, they start at $200. You should check out my tail ordering guide for detailed information: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2485549/
Oh, and the belt is also something that I made, but the tail does not come with a belt. It attaches with belt loops to your belt.

Didn't you already over on dA? I was thinking about whether a gradient of blues to silvers could be achieved (kind of like I did in https://www.furaffinity.net/view/4895620/ ), but I think the effective pixel size of the scales is too big for them to visually blend together. (See https://www.furaffinity.net/view/5922320/ for an example of a tail with blue and aluminum alternating. The scales are seen as rather distinct from each other.)
Anyway, feel free to note me more.

I do believe that I described the colors of the diamonds in reverse.

I get the scales for these from a chainmail manufacturer: https://www.TheRingLord.com
