This is the bonus track from Signal from the Sky, reworked into Shreddage! You can get the original Modplug version as the bonus track with the download. I'm thinking of adding vocals to it, but haven't quite got around to it yet...!

As well as taking a lot of musical inspiration from Rhapsody's catalogue, this is a tribute to infamously psychotic beak-em-up Hatoful Boyfriend, which has been gaining momentum on the Internet over the last few months. It's a sort of... pigeon dating simulator, but really the only thing that it simulates is your brain being flung down three flights of stairs - I would attempt to explain it here, but honestly, there's no point.

I'll just say that as difficult as it might seem to believe, the game just keeps on gathering a snowball of madness as it rolls down the cliffs of insanity from the initial premise, and by the end it really does capture you in ways that you couldn't have imagined before you broke through its shell of unabashed bonkersness. You can download a demo here - give it a try and support the author if you enjoy it, it's well worth the $5.

On top of that, I was recently in a group voice-through of the game with  kjorteo,  ravenworks,  budgiebin and Xaq, which begins here. It may contain some spoilers for later in the game, but... it's no doubt thanks to a combination of them that this song exists.
