Poor you in the land of the US. Here in Australia, you can find fox skulls almost anywhere, they're feral here. I find at least one or two foxes by the side of the road whenever I drive to Melbourne.
I don't know much about Australia's bone and skin export laws, but once I have it figured out I might be sending out some pretty skulls :)
