Kind of a character sheet for my darkest character, but not exactly...
It kinda shows some of his items that he uses. Here, it shows his armbands and the chains on his collar. The Armbands act as a pair of anti-sealing and basic magic warding item(s). The pair of chains on the collar increases his luck and boosts the armband's effects ten fold.
Now, the reason why his scythe looks different:
Lazarus ended up having a run-in with C-Trigger, whom provoked a fight. Lazarus quickly obliged and fought with the daimon, only to have his original rune scythe, named Clementine after his long-lost love, destroyed by C-Trigger. Lazarus quickly gathered up the remaining piece of his destroyed Clementine and fled after the end of the battle. Using the remaining fragment, he constructed a similar scythe, which had the same magical and soul-drinking properties as the original Clementine, as well as a few other new powers from this new age. He aptly named his new rune-scythe, Lost Clementine.

Well how bout this, the weapon already seems to be a bit on the other worldy side. So why not instead of having those connecting rods to the back spike and the blade from the disk, just have dead air, or an aura surrounding the disk. Then when he slashes those spikes could at times work independently, flying out from the blade a little bit and snapping back to the disk, or spinning freely around the disk almost like they were on a teather?
Sorry, i do stuff like that all the time, i love designing crazy assed weapons.

Those are definitely some fascinating thoughts, some of which I most likely might apply to the scythe. =D
My original plan for the disc was that it would spin and generate a sort of energy that would flow over the blade and alter it's slicing properties, maybe even extending it for a better swing.
But i'll definitely take your ideas into account. ^^
