I wouldn't say 'extra', exactly; Norb has a penis, but like most non-trousered male cartoon characters, his is sheathed and only appears when he's aroused. ;)
(That's why I don't normally add testicles to such characters when drawing fanspooge; I reckon that they're concealed as well.)
