She looks like a sexy plant Naga coming out of a flower.

Hooray for a flower-girl/alraune that has a proper stalk-like lower body! So often, we see these creatures are presumably rooted in the midst of a flower bud, but also appear to have legs! I suppose both limbs could be separately rooted, but it seems like the design you used here is how things should really work.

Aside from my anti-leg rhetoric: I love the use of the vines around her form, and how tall she stands, up from the bloom. I'm used to seeing them nestled down in the petals, it's nice to see one so.. extended? The flowers in her hair are nice, and totally appropriate, naturally. Also, she seems in a rather chipper mood, which seems to fit. I always imagine flowers with sunny dispositions.

But your anti-leg rhetoric makes sense for a girl that's locked onto a flower-base...
