This is Tin Foyl hes a fan character for the movie Meitanei (Sherlock) Hound. He is a blind doberman pinscher and hes green because none of the dog/characters in the movie are normal colors.
He helps a young beagle woman by the name of Adeline run her tea shop, even though hes blind hes very useful. All of his other senses have been kicked into overdrive to help, and he doesnt like wearing shoes because it prevents him from walking properly, and doesn't let him "see" where hes going. (he says!)

He was brought up a proper gentleman and is very polite, he is also obsessed with stars.
