lol Just another drawing colored in photoshop.... not sure if she's a character in a story yet or if she's just a random picture that came to mind and found it's way to getting colored. lol Either way.... Also, just to be sure everyone is thinking her name correctly- it's pronounced "Muh-Lee-yuh" lol....

I know... :( I just can't do it from this side though. The one and only time I've done a 3/4 view with both eyes was facing the other direction, and infinitely smaller. lol >.< I try to draw the other eyes constantly- but when I fail (as I actually did with Maliya here,) I just cover it up with hair for lack of a better option.... Cuz when I screw up the other eye, my characters tend to look special-ed.... :/
lol, I know, I had a similar problem; one eye would be lower than the other. XD Seriously though, just keep trying. Don't always make finished pictures, just do some doodles. Sit and make a page of just eyes. Every time you draw, it doesn't need to be something polished and finished.
In a related note, I also have a bad habit of drawing everything facing the left... something I should probably rectify...

... :* I wear my hair over my eye all the time.... X3 lol and yeah, I know it looks silly to have a gallery full of one-eyed characters.... kills me that I still can't get that other eye right except like, once in a blue moon.... course I have the same trouble with hands- only reason hers look ok is cuz I managed to get the one on the right drawn correctly, then just photoshoped it onto the other hand as well. X3 I've done that with eyes once or twice as well, but it just doesn't look quite right then either... :/ lol
Really? I can't stand hair in my face. >.< Just keep trying; you'll get it eventually. I''m still not that great at it myself, but I've gotten a lot better. Everyone seem to have problems with hands, but I don't find them that difficult. I mean, you have two, use them as reference! :P Of course, having a general knowledge of anatomy and bone structure helps too. Just keep studying and keep practicing! I am by no means that great of an artist, but even I can see improvement from my old works.
Course, on the hair topic, I have glasses to keep my hair out of my eyes, so there's that bonus... X3 lol And anyone worth watching has improvement in their galleries- unless they've moved accounts, or delete old posts after a certain amount of time.... but usually you can look through someone's gallery and see rather obvious improvement and changes here and there. :)
