I darkened the tiger/esque body and lightened the avian portions, as well as giving him the darker areas over the eyes and ear rim of the 'father', as well as a lighter tail tip. I wonder if I should have lessened the stripes, or dilluted the pigmentation to a more charcoal color for the main of the body... I may tweak this design a bit more, bu this is the mostly finalized design for one of my two gryphons, so far.


Yet again, as mentioned in my latest journal, a name escapes me. Suggestions are welcome!
