It's a long story ...
After 5 years of a festival larp game our group became the best surgeons in the game, and ended up basically forming a secret murder cult and killed loads of other people and stole their races benefits ... and no one called us on it.
My character is actually a wolf-person, under all that stuff somewhere. In the end we actually build custom, frankensteinian monster bodies, it was awesome.

On this mask are;
Insect Mandibles and Antenna from the bug people. For spitting chitin.
Bug Plate armour thingies from a Bug person queen. Adds natural armour.
3rd eye from one of the lizard people. Because 3rd eyes are awesome
Whiskers from the cat people. For cursing people
Patches of fur from other random races stitched on for luck!

In the rest of the costume where extra spines, because more spines meant more healthy, a second head which we stole from a dragon we murdered, two extra arms and a few other things on the inside.
