It was also on the first Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. For some reason it is no longer an inherent move in generation 4 and 5, but because it IS in some of the games (not to mention it looks bad ass), there is no reason Charlene can't be an older-gen styled charmand- oh shoot... I mean CHARMELEON, now! =)
