Beautiful and cheery house, cheery old lady answering the door, rumors that paint this household as being anything but cheery.
When two and two equal five and when things that you've been hearing aren't matching up with what your seeing, I'd call that something to be suspicious about. Obviously either the rumors are just rumors or there's something here which isn't right.
