To clarify, Super Geon (The blimpy Dragon) is being inflated by Aqua Slug (A character I didn't feel like fitting into the picture because he was too ugly. Also because I didn't feel like putting him in.).
So, Aqua Slug is spamming him over and over again with his inflating bubbles technique causing Super Geon to become a galactic blimp. (As shown at the bottom)
Just thought I'd change things up a bit. I was in the mood for a reptilian balloon anyway.
