This is my warm-up for the day.
I think Kazooie was the first female video game character who I adored and admired as a kid. She was strong and snarky and did pretty much all the work when it came to saving the day (it became more even in the sequel, but she was still my hero XD )
My dad used to call me Kazooie, actually. Out of all the nicknames I had as a kid, that's probably the only one I actually liked =)
