Think about it, since coming back Dean hasn't slept or eaten. Except for that one hamburger which so happens that is the only food Castiel enjoys.

my brother messes with me saying what happened to him when he clearly knows and i get all teary eyed when he does that. this episode just made me tear up just thinking of how bobby will be missed. He was like a tv father fiqure to me. Im gonna go cry in a corner now
