This is Raptor V. Velasa in Armor, however, this is not Power Armor, just Regular Armor. She is wearing a Koran Battle Helm. She is in the Woods of Velectra just behind her Mother's Palace. If you looked at my Original Picture of her, you could Read more. The Reason why she is wearing a Helm is because they didn't have an Angled Raptor Head. Also, the Moon is NOT Tri-Maria, it is a Different Moon orbiting around the Planet Velectra.
