Mystic was taken in the Mystic Mountain area deep in the Sawtooth mountain range in Idaho. I've been in that area and it's both stunning and wild. The lands up there are filled with high jutting peaks and deep gullies, heavily wood areas and bright crystal clear streams. One of the most beautiful places on the earth. The wildlife in that area equally as stunning.
Mystic was an accidental kill, head caught in a coyote trap. The trapper did not want the pelt to go to waste. After confirming with the local F&G that she was in season and having no desire to let her go to waste, he sent it to the seller that I purchased her from.
That mountain range area is known for having pale gray bobbies and she is no exception. I'm very excited for her to arrive.
She is to be only used for artistic referencing, as are all of my pelts. All pelts handled with care.
