Searching around the massive stomach for a way out, Tamama finds a tight sphicter at the lower end of the stomach. He suggests to his platoon it could be a exit. The other three look at him grossed out and disgusted, wondering if it had even occured to young Tamama where that exit leads to. Either way they have no choice and each crawl through into the intestines to escape the stomach. Giroro refuses and stays in the stomach to punch at the stomach walls and make dragon Keroro sick.
