So as you fine People on FA are unawares I do a craft called Needle felting. With said craft i can make pretty much anything. Here is a head of my characcter Gaius, it was meant to be a bust and with some work still could be but I wanted to make an attempt at adding in a good amount of detail on to something. His mouth opens and closes and he even has molars in the back.
