Ok so its offical. After 6 long years Angry Viking Press has been accepted into Diamond Comic PREVIEWS! This January we'll have our first book avalable for National Distirbution! So if you want to support Angry Viking Press you can do so by telling your comic shop to order our books AND you and your friends can support our kickstarter! Sanny Folkesson is Sweesish (http://avpressstaff.dot5hosting.com/about.html#sanny) So that counts. ;)
But anyway 6 years ago when we started the company, we where trying to get into the Diamond Comics "Previews" comic Catallog. Since it goes from A-Z (but after Mrvel, DC, Image, Dark Horese) we wanted a name that would have us near the front of the 500 page catallog and sound intersting. So ANGRY (The "A" puts us near the front of the book) Viking Press name was decided. And Angry Vikings sound cool. :)
And theirs a Valkyrie in that picture shes at the right. With the Blonde hair. Though shes stuck in Japan and thats why she has Samurai armor.

Eh Well its just the name of the company. Like Marvel Comics, Image Comics. Dark Horse.

And one of our logos has a Viking Longboat, and the other logo (don't use it as much) has a well angry viking going charging.
