While I was still at Hebron I finally got about to drawing some simple locomotive concepts. I am one who models On30 scale/gauge and I've had the idea of converting a few of the Bachmann 0-4-0 Gas-Mechanical locos into some Bell geared steam locomotives.

This is the first one I came up with. This is the side tank version. As a personal note I did make the boiler too long. It should end right where the front cab wall is. Charming little industrial locos these things are and were often used by contractors for large build sites and industrial operations. Including the US Army!
