It's not horrible, I think the main thing you have to work on is proportions. I'd use an actual picture of simba by Disney as a reference, and try to get things to scale. The back legs are a bit small, the front legs are a bit chunky, and the head and eyes are just a tiny bit crooked. However, once you get the proprtions fixed, I really don't know what else I could point out.
