Booze + Pandas reminds me of this character I saw in a game I played once.

He's a Panda who seems to be drunk almost every time the main character meets him and likes challenging random NPCs to drinking contests with his home-brewed booze (which usually results in both characters passing out and getting dragged off to the medic, hehe).
