Old drawing from 2008/2009

So, I decided to make a cute girl that's part thistle. Or mostly thistle. Whatever.
I pulled this girl out of my mind, and put her on paper.
I wanted her head to not be all sticking up in that annoying triangular shape that the thistle bloom does, so I flattened it down and worked on it from there. I'm finding that I do best with pulling detailing straight out of my mind, for nature characters.
