A conceptual glimpse of the dystopian city Sinj inhabits. You got your stark, industrial cityscape. You got your towering symbol of oppression. All very standard. Sometimes I just don't feel original enough.
Also, get the Combine out of my head.

Don't sweat it. The vast dystopia with a looming, tyrannical tower reaching up out of it was old when TOLKIEN used it in LotR.
You do a good interpretation of it.
