posscat :) I am pretty sure this is a WoW Tauren, or at least based off of one, so hopefully he looks cow-like and not like some kinda dog dragon thing.

Whyever would it ever look like a dog-dragon-thing? Hehe.
I say it wanders between bovine and canidraconic. The former is more prominent when the eyes are farther apart and the snout bulky, the latter when they appear closer together and the snout looks more slender. #1 and #2 could be representative examples.

Yeah, it's understandable! Most of what you draw are dog-dragon things, even though you draw them wonderfully XD
It's a real struggle to anthroize ungulates for one reason: the incredible alienness of their non-forward-facing eyes and general lack of any discontinuity in line between the forehead and the bridge of the nose. One can give them foreheads and thus move the eyes forward, but will have to be extra-careful to preserve the width and shape of the snout as much as possible; or one could keep the eyes apart and merely give them human expressivity. It's all in the style :)
But of course, you know all that already and I'm just blathering. I just love anthro hoofers. XD
