This is a design for a contest held by , found here http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/3886952/ (go check it out, it's actually pretty interesting and worthwhile). I had fun creating this.
I'm not quite sure of the gender yet, but the way I designed it, it would look better as a female/femboi/herm, in my opinion at least.
The species is a deer/dragon/demon I guess, haven't decided yet.
The words to base the design of this character off of were: winter, ice, whipped cream, ruffles, horns, tails, wings, exotic
Winter: the color palette I have in mind and the patterns
Ice: I decided this would be an ice breather (shown very poorly)
Whipped cream: this one was tough, but I loosely based the hair off of how fluffy it is
Ruffles: I couldn't think of anything but to make the collar ruffle-y
Horns: well, there are horns
Tails: there are two dragon-ish tails
Wings: the wings are why I feel that it may be part demon
Exotic: well, I've surely never seen an animal quite like this one, so I hope it's exotic enough
