I never did get 'cardiac arrest'. Not for use in the submission title but when it happens to someone. Why did someone 'cardiac arrest'? It sounds more like you're getting arrested by your heart.

lol well the term "arrest" means to stop, so in this usage "cardiac arrest" literally means "heart stop".
someone doesn't get 'cardiac arrest', but rather goes INTO cardiac arrest, meaning their heart has stopped beating.

Again, the dramatic lighting is good, but, this time I'd like to point out that you have very good expressive work as well as dramatic posing. I can really see some contraposto here. As well, The harsh contrast in your background really helps the image to stand out and convey pain and anxiety.
