But I wanted to draw this once more. Maybe you remembered my last pic with preggy Nala all along with Simba?
And this is a sequel to that pic. Nala, preggy with second litter but I think months later.

Actually, coincidentally, this picture is perfect considering Nala was impregnated twice in her lifetime!
Simba and Nala had given birth to a young male cub at the beginning of Simba’s reign as king of Pride Rock, but the young cub was struck down and murdered by one of Scar’s remaining followers – Zira. She and her remaining partners were then banished to the outlands. Kiara was actually their second cub to be born and that is actually why Simba is so overprotective of her in the second movie.
There is actually a phenomenal book of the Lion King that explains all of their lives from the beginning, even Mufasa and Scar’s very beginning with their parents and how Scar obtained his, well, scar. You’ll also learn their real names that the movie adaptation decided to change for the convenience of American viewers.

This is a very, very beautiful drawing, it warms the heart. I am actually a little shocked how large her belly is, even considering pregnancy and all. But even so, she is a wonderful character to draw, always has been. The movie will likely forever stay with me as my all time favorite. Amazing work, amazing skill!
I always wanted to see pregnancy in The Lion King! Your first artwork - Simba and pregnant Nala - was impressive and this one is impressive too! Nala grew bigger and now she's in bursting point! Background is stunning as if it's directly from cartoon and Nala coloration as well. Keep it up!
