While working on a comic trade with Lysozyme I started using the gradient tool to create my shades, highlights and tonal mixing. Including a colored line work and good digital inking I think the turnout looks really really cool!
I'll be using this on my commission form now on as it's quicker than my painting method, and gives a result more suited to my style too :D
