I keep coming back to this cover to tweak it and see what I can do. Does this have appeal to you as a cover? Would you pick it up? What can I do to this to make it more inviting to your imagination? I am trying to go for 'mafia' and I would like to keep the style more or less reminiscent of old religious iconography (Byzantine stuff). Maybe I can put cash n' gunz on the desk, I don't know. When I try to put stuff in the background it tends to make the thing look too busy.
